送貨與退貨

  • 送貨時間:貨品將於訂單確認電郵發出後的 7 -14 個工作天內(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期)安排送遞。因新冠疫情嚴峻, 所有派件的時效將不作保證
  • 每張訂單只接受一個商業/住宅地址送貨點;送貨範圍不包括禁區及離島。
  • 請注意: 若收件人地址為住宅地址,請不要在收件資料填寫公司名稱。
  • 如因訂購人提供不全面或不正確之資料而導致送遞遺失,Millie's 將不會負上任何責任及不會退還已繳付之款項和重新發出貨品。如被退回,而要再次送遞,需收取額外附加費。
  • 根據我們的換貨或退貨政策,已購買之產品送達 7 天後恕不接受退貨。我們將確定被退回的產品是否處於原狀,即與原先購入時相同的狀態。
  • Delivery Time : Purchased item will be delivered to designated commercial/residential address within 7-14 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) after receive Order Confirmation email. The transit time of all shipments will not be guaranteed due to Covid-19 outbreak.
  • Each order is for one delivery location (commercial/residential area); no delivery service for restricted areas and outlying islands.
  • Attention : If the delivery address is a residential address, please do not write company name on the recipient information.
  • For any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, Millie's will not be responsible for any refund or re-issue of goods. In case the vouchers have been returned, additional surcharge will be applied for re-delivery.
  • We have 7 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from millies.com.hk free of charge. The returned item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging. Our staff will inform you whether the returned goods have been accepted after inspecting the goods.
